How will I know if a product is out of stock?

If the item you are looking for is out of stock it will show as out of stock on the product page. We sometimes get more stock of a product so click on the Notify Me button and enter your email address. This way we can email you as soon we get more stock in.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Abuja and offer door to door delivery.

 

Is this Online store owned by YDS ONLINE?

This is the official YDS ONLINE shop, however and its operations are run by YDS ONLINE.

 

Can I add a new item to an existing order?

Unfortunately once your order has been confirmed via email you cannot add a new item to your order. You will have to place a separate order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and bank transfers.

Unfortunately, pick-up options are not available for ydsgroceries. Your order will be delivered to your home address.

 

How do I order an item that is in a YDS Groceries but not available on the website?

We work really hard to ensure we keep our stock up to date and restock our products on time. However, sometimes you might find that an item you want is out of stock. Simply fill the notify when in stock option and you will be emailed as soon as the item is in stock.
